"Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Child friendly, quiet hotel. Great breakfast with lots of choice and good quality. Rooms were clean and very practical for a family with one double bed and one sofa bed. Great location, two mins drive from park and ride which is an 8 mins bus ride into the centre of York. Hotel also 2 min drive to big shopping complex including Hollywood bowl and an Asda. "

"Stay was pleasent, didnt get to use the indoor pool but spoke to the attendant & gave all the info required, had an issue on the 2nd night with no power in the room all evening. Eventually we got moved room & all was ok. "

"Doubletree by Hilton York hotel really lovely. Friendly and considerate staff. One even gave my friend and I umbrella's to use when seeing our dilemma when standing at the entrance trying to decide whether to go out in the rain or not?"
