Great location, easy taxi ride from the train station & we could easily walk to city center. Apartment was homey, spacious & comfortable with everything we needed for a 3 night stay, including a washer/dryer to do our own laundry. Definitely recommend staying here when in York

Great for the family stay in York

Great stay. Home fully stocked with everything you could need. Patrick communicated well and had all ready. Great location right on the river and steps fro river cruise and bars/restaurants/Shambles. Highly recommend.

Great find

We were really happy with the flat. Great location, lots of space, everything we needed and the added bonus of a garage. The communication was great, there was a small problem with the hot water when we checked in and Patrick was there within 10 minutes and sorted it out. There was a bit of noise from above as it sounded like children running about and banging but this was just unfortunate and did not detract from the accommodation. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed this large, well-equipped space which was close to all the sights but still quiet and calm. It had a great view of the river from the bedroom and was very close to some good restaurants.

Great apartment! Very spacious and comfortable, excellent location. We loved that it was right by the water and also inside the city walls. Easily walkable to anywhere you would want to go. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in York

A lovely place to stay, all within walking distance to major sights, even for elderly parents. Patrick was so helpful even allowing us to keep our bags there on our final day ( Apologies for the delay again Patrick) Highly recommended to anyone visiting York.

A wonderful and comfortable spacious apartment in a brilliant position. It was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities you could ask for. A bonus with having its own garage too. The host was very helpful and instructions were easy to follow.

Lovely place

Beautiful location right next to the river and a few minutes walk into the city centre and all the attractions. Owners were very helpful and sent us information on things we could do in York on our visit. Property was extremely comfortable. Lovely spacious living room looking out on to the river. There were five of us, but could easily have slept three couples and two extra. Would definitely go again.
