"The rooms are infested with ants in the bathrooms and some in the front of the hotel. No microwaves and they dont have a phone number thay works so you can call the front desk. Thats not professional at all. I recommend only staying here if you have no choice. They went inside my room before checkout just because they didn't see me. Not professional at all. The front desk staff was fine amd helpful. But you have to put 100$ refundable deposit down which i didn't know until I arrived as I booked through Expedia. I would not stay there again. Good luck!"

"Truly EXCEPTIONAL!!! Easily the best VRBO stay we have ever had. Location, perfectly clean and just great all around. Off street parking is so amazing and if you are not familiar with Chicago parking it is worth it alone. Attention to detail is clear from the hosts to make your stay wonderful. "The Graduate is very charming and I had a special room with a view and a fireplace! But it comes with all the charm of a boutique hotel, like a slow elevator (and only one small elevator), so don't expect the perks and efficiency of a franchise hotel. But I still prefer it and it feels more like home. I'll stay there again when I'm in Evanston!"
