"Dinner was good and reasonably priced, complementary coffee was nice, shuttle to the airport was terrific. Cons: clock did not work, but used our phones, tv was confusing to use. Overall it was a decent place to stay. Our waitress was the best. Sorry, we didn’t get her name"

"The shower was not clean. Looked like someone had used it as a toilet (#2) and it had not been cleaned since. Disgusting"

"The room was fine, the bed comfortable. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was Kleenex, but no TP. It took my 25 min waiting in line to be checked in. I was so tired b/c of traveling all day from Europe that I had no energy to complain about it. I don't know if the hotel's understaffed, but I paid $200+ to stay there. "

"In side the hotel is clean, but needs a lot up grade. The blinds are broken, the shower curtain is falling off, the water was going down in the sink. It's was very noisy even in the middle of the night you can hear people fighting, playing loud music slamming doors. The breakfast was terrible dry bread and bitter coffee. The front desk didn't even asked about your stay. Will i stay again, no i don't thibk so."

"TV didn’t work as in the regular channels weren’t even on and the TV kept saying it is disconnected to WiFi even though I kept putting the password give to me. No WiFi, elevator is slow and stinks and takes forever. No conditioner or soap. Bath tub was dirty, I had to clean. I stayed for 1 night so it was ok but I cannot imagine staying there for a week."

"I was supposed to get vip perks-i.e., bottle of wine, free a parking, room upgrade, I didnt get any perks"
