"The property was beautiful, modern to a fault, perfect location. This seems to be an experiment in having no human contact in the daily functioning of the property. Check in went well. However the controls for the rooms lights, curtains etc are so stylish as to be difficult (at first) to use. Especially if you are coming into the room in the dark. After a bit of time everything smoothed out. There is a way to contact the staff ( ipad) and they responded quickly and helpfully. My problems were a...

"The apartment was beautiful!! Clean, decorated lovely and functional. The bathrobes provided were an extra nice. The location was just perfect. We went to breakfast about a quarter of a mile away. Quiet, tucked away by the Holyrood house gardens, it was the perfect place to stay."
