" I recently spent a week with my wife at this amazing resort "Ocean maya royale" seeing Cancun, and I can't wait to share how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and exceptional hospitality. The resort's stunning beachfront location, combined with its luxurious amenities, made for an unforgettable vacation. Special thanks to Gabriella for taking us to each and every details of resport on our arrival. Accommodation: The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. My room had a breathtaking view of the ocean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, ensuring everything was perfect. Dining: The variety and quality of the food were outstanding. Each restaurant offered a unique culinary experience, from delicious local Mexican dishes to international cuisine. The breakfast buffet was a daily highlight with its extensive selection. Amenities: The resort had everything I needed for relaxation and entertainment. The pools were pristine, and the beach was clean and inviting. I also enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center and indulged in a few treatments at the spa, which were rejuvenating. Entertainment: The entertainment team truly made my stay memorable. Special thanks to Chiki baby, Gracia,Alberto and Marcello who went above and beyond to keep guests entertained with their energy and enthusiasm. Their performances and activities were a lot of fun, and they always made sure ever"

"This is our second trip to Moon Palace the grand and it won’t be our last. There are more than enough restaurant choices, a fantastic waterpark and lazy river that caters to toddlers right through to adults and plenty of Pools each with a different vibe ( and no guests doing 6am runs to block chairs by the pools - there are plenty) . the people and service are amazing and there are nightly shows from age of rock, illusionists and Michael Jackson. The only thing I would say is that if you are going for the beach then this resort isn’t for you. I would also like to have seen for discos/ dance options for the kids like in many of the other big resorts "

"Great property, especially for the price. We got 2 people in for a 4 day weekend for under 1k including airfare. The resort itself is probably a solid B, but when you account for price, that bumps it up to me. The foam party was really fun too! Beach was just ok. "

"I’ve stayed three different times for early flights and always recommend this hotel. It’s clean, beds are comfy, restaurant on site. Pool looks great even though I’ve never used it. Free airport shuttle is also offered. "
