It was our second time here, it’s good to stay here if you need quiet time and relaxation. Rooms are nice and clean, friendly staff.

All the cleaning staff, servers, pool waitresses were amazing. The phone in my room never worked. After asking for it be replaced for 3 days in a row I finally gave up. So I had my friends order room service for me from another room when I was staying in for the night. It rained hard one night and in the morning I had water coming in from under the door for about 10 feet. But the worst was waking up at 2am to a stranger entering my room through the conjoined door. Not fun to be woken from a dead sleep and be looking at a stranger standing in your room. I was unable to lock the door as I did not have a key to do so. Not sure if it was left unlocked or they had access to open it from their side. It was terrifying. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach from the building but if you take the route going through the jungle it doesn’t seem that long. Watching for monkeys and other critters was fun. Minus my room issues I thought the place was pretty neat. Oh and if you’re told you’re getting a private van from the airport for $90 one way, you’re not. I had to wait another 20 minutes after making contact with the driver and I had company in the van.
