The pools, entertainment, and overall facilities were equally impressive, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment of the vacation. What truly made this stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help, creating a memorable experience from start to finish. I would especially like to recognize bartenders Kax and Senerias. Their outstanding service, positive energy, and attention to detail made a huge difference during our stay. They consistently prepared excellent drinks, remembered our preferences, and always greeted us with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made every visit to the bar enjoyable and memorable.
