"Our stay was at Moon Palace Sunrise with full access to Nizuc and limited access to Grand. Sunrise is very large and very populated. The pool is awesome.The food and entertainment are very good. But there is a need for more "grab and go" fooderies. The staff are all couteous and helpful. "

"The airport shuttle was easy to find our driver, who was very nice! Property was excellent. Had a full bar and restaurant, which served great drinks and food. Close to the airport. Will be staying here again!"

Severely understaffed, slow and disorganized service, and poor customer attention. The food is very low quality, with limited options and endless lines for everything, even the buffet. Several times we couldn’t even get into the restaurants. The beach is full of rocks and seaweed, not what you expect in Cancun. You pay for luxury and get chaos instead. Do not recommend at all. Lo venden como 5 estrellas, pero la realidad es completamente diferente. Falta de personal en todas las áreas, servicio lento, desorganizado y con muy mala atención. La comida es de pésima calidad, con muy pocas opciones y colas interminables para todo, incluso para el buffet. En varias ocasiones ni siquiera pudimos entrar a los restaurantes. La playa está llena de rocas y algas, nada que ver con lo que uno espera en Cancún. Pagas por lujo y recibes una experiencia caótica. No lo recomiendo para nada. Hay opciones mucho mejores por el mismo precio. "

"I read a lot of reviews and I was a bit hesitant to go here but in the end, Sensira felt like home to my girls and I. It was worth every penny. The staff absolutely amazing, friendly and super hardworking. You cannot but feel their energy. It was my birthday and my daughters and we got a lovely surprise in the room. I loved the activities during the day by the pool. Food was good too, I’m not so picky so it was great for me and a lot of variety at the buffet restaurant. I loved going to the food shack all the time as well. Although I wished we could play on the beach but I get it’s the seaweed season. Still it was a lovely time. Shout out to Tony the bell boy, the front desk staff, the bartenders, Irma, every single person was amazing. I will definitely return again. We miss it there already. "
