"The house was perfect for our 3 night stay in Hobart. A few minutes to the city in a quiet street. The house was very clean and tidy with good facilities. It has a great view of Mt Wellington! A small suggestion: we needed to buy a dish cloth and scrubber as the dishwasher is only small and there were 7 of us to wash up for."

A few things we'd ( and future guests maybe ) find useful- a clothes horse as it's often raining and more pegs for clothesline. Long handled dustpan and broom to sweep the floors. Thanks for having us. "

"The reception and courtyard are very neat and clean, and the view of the Derwent River is beautiful. Although the rooms are small, they are well-equipped with everything you need, including a TV, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishes, and kettle, which is very convenient. The parking area is spacious with easy access, and the Wi-Fi is fast. Overall, it’s great value for money and in a good location."
