I let the housekeeping go as it was only me. Everything was clean and tidy when i arrived. Breakfast included and was good. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Managers were Amazing! All in all a pleasant 4 days

The castle is out of town in a quiet country area, which i think is great, but still close enough to drive into the town to get food if needed.

It was a freezing afternoon in Ballarat and on arrival, the reception area was freezing. Luckily the bedrooms were warm.
