The front desk staff were very helpful accommodating special requests and went beyond to help me. The lobby staff were very kind to letting me know when my transportation arrived avoiding me to wait outside of the hotel for the arrival of the ride share pickup. Awesome staff all around. Mr Darius particularly was an outstanding service representative that really went above and beyond."

"An unforgettable stay. Myself and my wife were only there for two nights, so we did not get to experience all that it has to offer, but what we did experience was excellent. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and we had a great view of the city. The grand foyer made such a big impression on me that I could not help but to stop and record a video of it. On top of this, out of the three top hotels we have stayed at in Makati, The Peninsula offered the best value for the price per night. We will be back again for our next stay in Makati."

"I absolutely love this hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels in the area and this is the best. Service is amazing, rooms are great, bedding is so comfy. I love how in a daily basis the really clear your room (including mopping). Food is good and the gym and spa are great"
