This house built in 1875 was completely renovated in 2022, highlighting its cachet of yesteryear with its original paneling. It is small, but everything is there. The full kitchen also includes a laundry area. The living room has a Roku smart TV. The bathroom has a bath-shower. The bedrooms are upstairs with a low wraparound ceiling. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a desk with a 24-inch monitorfor remote work. The smaller bedroom has two single beds.
A second building is closer to the water. The pavilion has three large openings equipped with magnetic mosquito nets in summer and transparent vinyl tarps in winter. A 4-seater spa that is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children is sheltered from the bad weatherwith a great view of the canal. A set of outdoor armchairs with coffee tables and a dining table with 4 patio chairs are also provided. A hammock chair hangs from the ceiling. A Bluetooth exterior sound system is available.
A fire pit is set up at the edge of the water with four Adirondack chairs to admire the many birds and the passage of ships in the distance on the river. A hammock is at your disposal.
A large Little Tikes game module is available to entertain your children.
You will have access to the entire property except for the basement, the attic, the maintenance closet and the attic of the pavilion.
The house is located in the heart of the village of Leclercville where a few dozen small ancestral houses make up this district which is very accessible to pedestrians thanks to its small, narrow streets of human scale. This neighborhood is one of the few places that gives us easy access to the St. Lawrence River along Route 132 in the region, while the majority of the surrounding villages are on top of cliffs. Leclercville peer and the island park at the mouth of the Chêne River are within walking distance from the house.

The accommodation includes steps or stairs. There are 4 steps to access the two balconies which allow access to the house. A narrow staircase inside provides access to the bedrooms upstairs.
