In Auvergne, 1.5 hours from Clermont-Ferrand and Lyon, in the heart of Le Puy-en-Velay, at the foot of the cathedral, renowned as the starting point of the Way of Saint James, lies the "L'évasion Ponote" holiday cottage.

You'll stay on the first floor of an old building located on a lively pedestrian street. The bright apartment is a truly cozy haven.
On-site: you can visit the many monuments of Le Puy-en-Velay, stroll through the remarkable Saturday market, and enjoy the proximity of all amenities. Nearby: Discover the village of Polignac, the "Bois des Seigneurs" (Seigneurs' Woods), and the "Pinatelle du Zoauve" (Zoauve Pines).
A little further afield: Explore the many gems of the Haute-Loire region: the Mezenc Plateau, the gorges of the young Loire or the Allier, the town of Brioude and its remarkable basilica.

All-inclusive rates: bed linen, towels, and utilities.

The living room, equipped with a kitchenette, dining area, and lounge (with a beautifully crafted sofa bed), toilet, and an entrance hall.
The bedroom, equipped with two twin beds (80cm wide) offering direct access to a bathroom with a vanity unit and shower stall.

The apartment is located above the Gîtes de France® Haute-Loire agency, with a shared entrance with other apartments. The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the gîte is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable locally to the hosts).
