Hello dear client, and thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. We are very happy you enjoyed your stay as much as the self service buffet breakfast, available everyday from 6am to 10am. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience experienced, especially about the noises at night you underline, this is not the calm and the peacefulness we want you to have, so you could have a good night sleep. As for our extra cleaning service, it is one of our pay as you go services, which are clearly displayed both on the web and on site. Cleaning during your stay (which goes with change of sheets and linen) costs 4€ and towel 1€, these are still little prices so you could choose what you need, what you want, without paying anything useless or superfluous. Of course we would have to clean every private room for the next customer, but the cleaning you are referring to is the one we suggest as an optional service.
