Un studio tres bien situe mais cher pour la surface. Literie en mauvais etat. Pas de casserole. Couegtes tachees

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une chambre séparée et très peu de rangement pour affaires et provisions.Trop de vaisselle et ustensiles qui ne servent à rien qui encombrent les placards.

Nous avons apprécié le cadre avec vue sur les Aravis et le Borne. La possibilité de se garer au cimetière à 3min à pied et être à 4 min à pied de la gare routière était particulièrement agréable aussi tout comme le centre ville à 5min. L'appart est petit mais fonctionnel, il y a l'essentiel et même des rangements pour nos affaires. La communication est facile et Damien et Denys sont réactifs en cas de besoin et/ou pour les check-in et out. Je pourrais y revenir.

Logement très bien situé au cœur du grand bornand, près d’un torrent. Logement un peu vieillot (dans le style des années 80) mais bien équipé et fonctionnel. Loué pour 4 personnes, nous étions que 2, heureusement, en effet cet appartement est petit. La communication avec le gestionnaire de l’agence immobilière est parfaite.
