"I’m thrilled with the location of this condo. It’s just a quick walk to the beach, and there are also easy-to-access walking, running, and biking trails. There are plenty of local restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, and attractions nearby. The only downside is that I didn’t receive the email from Evolve with the check-in/out instructions, as it was delivered to my spam folder. "The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. "From the very start, we were lucky enough to check in early where we could drop our belongings off and take a few steps to go relax by the beach. The amenities were wonderful and the listing was so accurate. We enjoyed complementary snacks and a week full of sunshine. Thank you so much. "

"Our booked unit had no wi-fi. We had the option to change to a unit farther away from everything & get a comped golf cart. The new unit we stayed in was fine, but there were issues with smoking neighbors and coffee pot not working. Also issues with key-pad instructions not being exactly as sent. No instructions were given as to how to get the golf-cart. The comped golf cart would hardly travel. We turned it in the next day."
