"Parking: N/A, staff: very friendly Let over trash in the room but otherwise just has not been updated. If you are looking for upscale this is not the place. We never saw the pool. Great place for one or two nights. Price is right too. "

"This was my 3rd time staying here this visit was horrible room was not clean curtains was soiled manager was suppose to come up after checked in no one never showed caught house keeper in the hall she text manager to come up he came right away took pictures was told they would be up at noon no one never came til after 2 wasted my time don’t no if I will stay there next year so disappointed"

Sometimes things go wrong, and it is telling when a hotel embraces the opportunity to make up for something that goes south on a guest. Could not have a higher opinion of this hotel. "From the check in to the check out, the experience was amazing. The casino, entry, rooms, pool area, cigar lined and restaurants were clean as could be. Not one complaint about anything. Eric handled our cabana rental and handled everything like we were the only guest in the resort. And saving the best for last…..Caesars Buffet still reigns king!!!! Crab and lobster claws, crab legs, oysters, slab bacon, smoked brisket….hard to choose the best. Not to omit the desert bar either, I could have easily put on 50 pounds with just the desert alone. Next time I come back to Vegas, I won’t hesitate to book Caesars again. "
