"All was good and some street construction that was not of their control. The main issue is location directions to other places. For instance staff said go to the Horseshoe. Well horses have shoes. A circle in travel to come back where you started. Then in looking out of our room we saw a hotel named the Horseshoe. When your new in town, staff needs to be more clear."

"Check was a mess with no humans around to help when the machine to get keys wouldn’t work. And waiting to get our text to then get our key at 11pm was a bummer. I miss speaking to humans. The day we left it rained and the water was pouring in our window soaking the furniture and ground. It took 20min to find a number to call that linked us to an actual human to relay the problem. "
