"We had a problem tonight We went out and came back at 8:30 We couldnt open the door We asked for help from Jouliano She sent two people they couldnt open the door and they called firefighters to come and they came and they also couldnt open the door and they said we cant do anything At 11 they left and the one who Jouliano was sent said that you have to go stay some where tonight!!!!!
