"This property is a perfect bolt hole for anyone looking to explore the south west tip of Cornwall. It’s just 20 or so minutes from the train and main bus station. The house is well equipped with leaving you everything you’d need for a trip away. The kitchen has all the tools you could want and there’s even two sitting rooms with TV’s in them. The three bedrooms all have double beds. We did have an issue but the owner was very proactive and sorted it without fuss. Often you don’t know how well...

"The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"We had a great stay during the very hot UK weather. The cottage stayed comfortable and relatively cool though as it is well sheltered and shaded. Comfortable sofas and beds, well equipped kitchen, good water pressure for the showers and simple check in and check out process. A quick 5 - 10 min walk in to town and a moderate climb back up which wasn't too bad. Plenty of beaches, shops and bars near by and a great convenient location in St Ives to stay. "A wonderfully cozy pod with everything we needed for a comfortable stay! It was very quiet at night. Having the parking space right in front is super convenient. Location-wise, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the town center, with a bus stop right outside the pub. While breakfast isn't available, there are complimentary tea and coffee setup in the room. Highly recommended!"

"The property is great with a great view. The old castle gives an amazing experience. The breakfast was nice and there were many varieties and good choices for vegetarians. Using the sink was challenging as they are using the old two tap system but the tap is too short and the cold water pressure was low in the room so I couldn't use the sink. The bed was too small, short and uncomfortable. Other than this the experience was really good."

"Room was spacious and clean, but tired. Shower is a stand in a bathtub situation. Windows very dirty, and bed was a big, but needed a little TLC. Fine, but 2/3star at best. Breakfast was good, cooked breakfast very good. Service was impeccable. Bar service slow as the Batman appeared to be in the restaurant also. Accept this is Penzance, not Paris, so I’m satisfied, but not blown away, for over £200 a night."
