Wonderful hosts, breakfast and location.

Fantastic property and hosts. Breakfast, facilities and location are great. Linda and Steve made us very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend staying at Torwood House. Just beware that there is no off street parking at this property and we were unfortunate to be there on the weekend of the food festival that made street parking difficult. Thank you Linda and Steve for a wonderful stay.

The hosts were charming and helpful with letting us enter a little early after a day’s cycling, letting us store bikes and provide ongoing directions. Breakfast was great, plentiful, much needed for a day on the road.

Lovely stay at Torwood House

Very helpful and friendly hosts. Very efficient and pleasant service at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very spacious and it was nice to have a fridge in it. We were able to leave our bags on the day of checking out until we needed to catch an evening train.

A very convenient hotel if you are travelling over to Scilly. Proprietor Linda was extremely helpful, organising us an early breakfast. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Our dog was made very welcome. Over all an excellent stay and we will come again. Thank you

I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely bed and breakfast! It had all the amenities I needed, and everything was clean, cozy, and welcoming. It's also dog friendly, which made the trip even better since I could bring my pup along. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the coast, so I could easily start my walks right from the B&B, or catch a nearby bus to other parts of the coastal trail. Such a relaxing and convenient place to stay—highly recommend!

Lovely, friendly little b&b

Lovely b&b. It was clear that the owners had put a lot of effort into ensuring their guests had everything they could need, both in the room & at breakfast & went out of their way to ensure a nice trip. The breakfasts were delicious and all freshly cooked. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was cozy with a big comfortable bed. I slept so well and didn't want to get out of bed. The host was so lovely and friendly. The atmosphere in the breakfast room was nicely decorated and the delicious breakfast with a lot of selections. We will stay here again. Our dog also had a great time as it was very pet friendly! We highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Torwood House. Although quite small, the room was lovely, very clean, and had everything we needed. The house is in an excellent neighbourhood close to the Promenade. Hosts Linda and Steve were welcoming and helpful and breakfast provided had lots of options and was delicious. Highly recommended.

Over and above

Excellent in every respect. Arrived in the pouring rain. Met by Steve who was very welcoming and gave good advice about a local boozer. We were staying 1 night in order to access boat to Scilly, short walk to ferry, but we were allowed an early breakfast and truly very good too, nothing was any trouble to Lynda who provided everything with care and attention. We liked them as a couple.
