Had a great stay great location, amazing receptionist. Definitely going back.

The concierge Dominic was beyond amazing made some last minute accommodations for us and was super friendly and kind. The room was super clean with a great view. We will definitely be staying there again when we go back. I have made sure to tell my friends about the customer service and the clean room.

The 'hidden' resort fee came as an unpleasant surprise. The price on Expedia for this vacation stated 'what you see is what you'll pay.' This is a flat out lie as upon checking out i was slapped with a resort fee over $311 for 5 nights! The suite was fantastic but there was NO MICROWAVE! Another sham to prevent you from saving money by eating in your room. Also, the shameless $20 per day parking fee is quite excessive. This place has to make millions per day and I'm sure this parking garage has been paid for for quite some time. Housekeeping was terrific and had a keen eye for the little details. Cash is king, yet it's not accepted here. What a backwards concept. Lastly, the mobile check in and check out created a feeling of detachment from the hotel. Only staff i spoke to were food servers and housekeeping in the hallway a few times. Does beat standing in a long line to check in but i like face to face dealings.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
