Absolutely impeccable, can not fault this hotel, amazing staff who go above and beyond even after hours, food was fantastic, grounds and rooms were kept in pristine condition.

What a awesome place definitely great for everyone. Fully recommend getting a golf buggy it adds to the fun that can be had. 2 recommendations boats and busses running earlier than 1 hour before the parks open. Many parks offer services and breakfast before parks open. Makes it a little more difficult to get to park. Secondly they are long hot days at Disney. The use of a room to freshen up before a night flight would be ideal. Overall what a great campground.

I stayed at this hotel 8 years ago. It's a beautiful hotel and in the absolute best location but I feel the rooms are ready for a refurbishment. Breakfast for a family of 4 is average $70-$130 USD per day. Kids over 9 are considered adults. The character breakfast/ dinner is a wonderful experience

The service here upon checking in was amazing. Large sized rooms. Great amenities including a shuttle to all Disney parks. Close to Disney spring, only a short easy walk.

Fantastic clean hotel with everything you could need. I think it must be fairly new as our taxi didn’t know the name of it but the address was simple to find. The room was spacious and we really liked the extra seating space. Shower was roomy as well. The staff were very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here with the bedroom and extra space for the couch and desk area. Not much to do in walking distance (especially in the heat) for families, if I don’t have a car uber is best and also uber eats. Hotel doesn’t provide bottled water but provides ‘snacks’ in afternoons. Swimming pool ok, could be a bit more cleaner… but ok. Breakfast is great.

Fantastic place for our 3 weeks for 4 in a 2 bed place. Had 2 bathrooms and excellent kitchen with dishwasher and own laundry. Great staff and easy location to all Disney and Universal at a fraction of the cost of their properties. Apartment was huge and plenty of space. Only cleaned once a week but this was fine as we are used to doing it ourselves and also felt much less intrusive and could just "feel at home". Thanks Polynesian team!
