A Charming Legacy Villa 3 bedroom 4 bath Steps to Pool & Stunning Mountain Views
- Welcome to our special family retreat we want to share with you. We have spent over 100 years producing grapes/raisins for SunMaid. This chapter has turned a page and now we want you to enjoy our special home with loads of great memories transferred now to Legacy Villas.
If you have never stayed at Legacy Villas it is a very special community. Our property has spectacular views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Our patio is steps to the pool. We sit back in the village making it a very quiet location.
The house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Drive in the garage and you have arrived.
8 guest maximum over night, 12 guest daytime maximum
There is a large clubhouse with a bar, restaurant, fitness center and multiple pools. The clubhouse can accommodate larger groups with catering available.
The property has an propane grill .
There is a 4-night minimum stay requirement during Coachella and Stagecoach.
Pets may be welcome based upon approval.
La Quinta Resort is short walk away with 3 great restaurants. tennis courts.pickle ball.spa. A guest pass is available when staying at Legacy Villas for a small fee.
