The staff was very nice and even helped carry our luggage to our room after a long day of travel. The room seemed rundown and in need of paint and some TLC. The ceiling fan didn't work and the bathroom mirror was dirty. there were dirty handprints on all the doors.

Booked 2 nights for Stage Coach festival. Mgr would not honor Expedia reservation although Expedia called them twice. We assume they sold the reservation to a higher bidder. My son had nowhere to stay for a 3 day festival for which he paid a lot for the tix and plenty for the room. It was a nightmare. Shame on them!!!!
