"Overall a very good rental. Some updating and maintenance would up the ratings further. (Add to/replace the spices!?? Check for or replace work out kitchen utensils etc.) management was Very Responsive to the Hot tub repair request. Much Appreciated!"

"A few small things, we loved having all the towels and pool toys! Having salt, pepper and oil was also nice. The coffee pot was too small. It’s nice to have the individual coffee pods but the normal coffee pot was too small. The pool heat was nice but it would have been nice to select the hot tub temp. I understand the need for a cap but it would have been nice to set it to something lower than 102, manually. All told, we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Very nice home, great amenities and location."

"Had a day of wind prior to arrival. Pool was not spectacular. One phone call fixed that. Sometimes mother nature doesn't cooperate. Great place for golfers. The four of us had a great experience and would stay there again without question. Everything you need "

"Our Family had the best stay at this beautiful townhome. There was more than enough space to accommodate six adults and one infant. We had all the amenities we could ask for allowing us to cook a couple of meals at “home” rather than eating out.The location was great, walking distance to number golf course communities and a short drive to down town La Quinta.The clubhouse pool, jacuzzi, putting green and shuffle board were a big hit. There was a nice gym as well but we were on vacation.Darwin was a very gracious host and easy to communicate with.Can’t way to stay here again."
