"This property was absolutely fabulous! Immediately upon entering the property, I felt peaceful, joyful and right at home. The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful and you have stunning views from both bedrooms and the living room and the kitchen dining area. The home is meticulously decorated in a way that is very cozy. My time at this property was one month, but I would’ve been happy moving in Permanently! Also, there were several days where we had visits from our local wildlife! "

"We were very hesitant because of the strict rules regarding noise ordinances. It states no music and no loud talking outside, and we thought we would literally have to whisper. But that was not the case. I think they are just trying to deter renters that are not considerate of their neighbors. So if you respectful of other people, then this is a property for you. The home met all of our expectations. The rooms were spacious and private with comfortable beds and bathrooms for all. The AC in the Casita is a little noisy if you or a light sleeper. We enjoyed golfing at the PGA West courses, coming back and cooling off in the pool, barbecuing up some dinner and playing pool in the evenings. We will definitely return. One of my favorite PGA West Properties."
