The property was nice with so much to do! We had little to no issues at all. The room was clean aside from some small stains on the sofa bed sheets and the main bed sheets. The hosts in the lobby were phenomenal. They were even accommodating with putting us next to our other party when we weren’t able to do a 21day notice. We appreciate the resort and its staff. Thank you!

The room was clean and facility was nice. The only thing disappointing was the advertisement for the pool. Only the smaller pools were available to those staying in the condos. The larger pool that was advertised is only available to guests staying in the main building. Other than that our stay was good.

Our process was great, the room was very nice employees were also very nice. Only thing is feeling a little pressure to participate in the time share seminar. There very persistent, but there nice about it. I just want to walk in check in and go to my room. They catch you at the door as soon as you check in. Little stressful.

Impressive with cleanness, conveniency, and services from the resort. We travelled with family of 5 and stayed in 2 bedrooms suites. The rooms are clean with no dust at all, AC works excellent for the extremely hot weather, and kitchen has all the supplies for cooking. The resort views are relaxing and multiple pool choices for kids. Water fountain access for ice and water by the pool, so we did not even need to buy water. We will definitely come back again.
