"There is not a positive about this property. It is in a very scary area. Not in a neighborhood or residénciale. There was no host communication until we reached out. The man who is point of contact from Expedia, Giro, says the right man is David, who leaves you with MarieLou. Toilets and plumbing are backed up, had to walk four blocks to a restaurant to use the bathrooms. There is no beach access- there is a field of trash to walk through to get to the unsafe beach where we found syringes with needles and endless landfill trash. The house is full of beer cans and beer bottles. Found three quetzalteca bottles and lids in the defunct pool. There are also broken beds and dirty rooms awaiting. "We got the room with no A/C in it, just a big fan, and no private bathroom either. Which we didn't mind, as we just needed a place to sleep in. We left the car in the hotel and walked everywhere we needed. We didn't get to meet the owner, just the lady that cleans the place. She showed us to our cabin where we found a clean room, two set of towels. There was no issue leaving our stuff there as we could lock the cabin door. "
