The resort was really nice the swimming pool really nice too the food excellent . But l had some inconveniences with my booking. The customer service awful they give. Really hard time with the booking and breakfast included. They didn’t had the information in the computer and they refused to give me my breakfast included. Bad customer service the sheets in the bed were clean but the skirt look nasty . Ho edtly l will come back to that resort.

The personnel is excellent. They are very polite and hospitable. The pool has mold all over. In general the pool shape really bad. It needs to be remodeled. The dinner buffet is horrible. It tasted like food I can make at home, not like the food a professional chef cooked, which a resort of this category should have. Very mediocre food. I’d give this place a 2.5 star resort, maybe a 3.0 star really pushing it. But never a 4 star like they preaume to be
