"The staff is consistent and considerate, We dont speak spanish but we always work it out, Maintenence does a great job pools and landscaping are beautifully cared for. front desk staff and kichen and servers, always have a smile and kindness. "The area is developing. This hotel is beautiful and the staff very nice. Only things to consider.... No hot water, parking space limited and that the beach sand is from volcanic rocks and it's so hot you can't stand on it."

"Great location right by the beach! Dorms are nice and comfy, locker under the bed for your belongings, although a bit hot in the dorms as there are fans but not AC. Nice and clean facilities, they offer activities and can help with booking of shuttle. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Overall a great place to unwind whether you want to have fun in the waves or relax by the pool. "
