Good attention to detail. We arrived early in the morning, and they immediately tagged our luggage and carry ons to put into storage until we could check in. Luggage was in our room before we got there."

He gave us great tips on where to visit, best transportation and local attractions. He was an absolute joy to speak with every night. Thank you for having such a wonderful team member. He is an exemplary team member. He deserves praise and a raise. We definitely plan to return to Greece next year and we will choose to return to this wonderful hotel. Your staff was professional and nice."
