The room was fine. There is no front desk service. No one at check in, just a key for us to pick up. We had to remind them that we needed to pay the city tax. I asked for a receipt and was never sent one.

Breakfast was good, we enjoyed it. Hotel units we booked were all clean. Could have given this hotel a 5 star but the staff present during our stay (except for the Hotel Manager) do not speak english.

the bed wasn’t the worst but expected a different room than what was booked…not a huge issue just small living quarters. the neighborhood is not the greatest but there are some awesome spots for food & drink right near the property you just have to be careful with your timing! Easy check in/check out process.

The property was really nice and clean, there was just little things that could be improved, our refrigerator was not working, the breakfast was okay, the room was kind of bright during the night but overall its was a really nice place to be in, and the shower was incredible the water pressure was amazing! That was for sure my favorite part, oh and the staff were super nice and always so helpful, the neighborhood was just a pleasing, when I go back I would definitely be booking with them again, but will be getting a bigger room.

great value for the price! staff is friendly and the room was comfortable. skip the breakfast, it’s terrible. food is cold and stale. even the coffee is cold. location is good, a bit far from the main area of town but with an uber you can easily make your way around.

Very good

Very good service, nice employees who helped us with our needs. The building and interior is beautiful! The breakfast was fresh and newly made and offered what we needed even tho it was limited things tho choose from. Good coffee. The room was well cleaned every day. We booked a smaller room wich had some limits. It was a glass door to the bathroom and left little to no room for privacy. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom wich was a bit uncomfortable. But overall a good experience!

Check-in desks are only man from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Afterwards Cleaning lady available from 12:30 pm to 4 pm strongly recommended to get main hotel contact number for passengers checking in after 4 pm. Guest must get Used to tiny lift which does not have see-through doors. Otherwise it is a very good budget friendly accommodation with 10 minutes walk to the local station and 10 minutes walk to the local squre with lots of food options.

As a solo female traveller I found the area to feel unsafe walking around after dark. The streets were dirty which can’t be helped by the hotel but made an impact. The check in process was not good at all. The website states a 24 hour reception and check in after 2pm, I arrived at 7pm and the door was locked and no one at the desk. I tried calling the number on the door but no one answered. I then went onto my booking with Wotif to message the property and saw the property had messaged me at 1:30pm stating that reception would be closed at 3pm that day and gave me check in information. If someone that was checking in had no access to internet they would have had a lot of trouble. The room its self was clean and comfortable.

The staff were practically non existent and the room was tiny and very uncomfortably bright and noisy. The room was about 45 mins walk from the Acropolis or main area of plaka so would recommend staying there instead

Hotel is a self-service Building: none showed up for requesting info. Room was quite small and well equipped. Very noisy from outside and curtains doesn't cut lights, so remember to take ear plugs and blind fold. Breakfast was normal and standard, nothing amazing. Sink is outside the bathroom and bed is not for 2 persons. A/C is locked and fixed on very high temperature. I slept without sheets in February.

The property was very inexpensive to stay at. However, the pictures are deceiving. The rooms are very small. The towels and wash clothes were hard. The receptionist didn’t speak English, so it was hard to communicate. There is no staff on duty after 5pm and the number left for us to call for help the person just told us they couldn’t get us new towels or bottled water until the receptionist returned at 7am. It was in a very sketchy neighborhood. It was definitely not what we expected based on the website. I do not recommend staying here unless you are OK with being in the hood.
