We stayed one night in a delux room over looking the pool. The room was ok, a bit worn. The bed was really hard. The bathroom could definitely have been cleaner. There was mould on the shower tiles that could have easily been wiped off. The roof top pool and bar were great and the staff were really lovely and helpful.

This is a proper hotel, with a clean shower and toilet that doesnt smell, and clean bed sheets, towels, and complimentary slippers. The staff are lovely! Cons the air conditioning needs cleaning, I had to sleep with a mask on And if you are mobility disabled, if you dont find anyone to assist, you have to lug your suitcase up the ramp into the buliding then the lifts by yourself. I booked this hotel the night before i flew back to London as the hotel The Nyaman that I had stayed at was a disaster and too loud, and i needed a good nights sleep, and thats what i got from this hotel!!

Centrally located, cool roof top pool and delicious breakfast options. A very busy street with people trying to sell you stuff the minute you walked out. Mind you this happens everywhere around Legian. Air conditioning was faulty for a while but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel is large, clean with lovely pool areas. Convenient breakfast option is great and although a little more expensive, the restaurant and bar is a great place to finish your day at. Rooms are clean and spacious and the air conditioning is very good. Recommend this for first time travelers as their location is Right in the middle of everything you’re looking for

Nice hotel in a central location. Has 2 Atm's and a Safe/Secure Money Changer employee in the lobby. All employees here are nice BUT I go to this Hotel because of Mr. Restu (Reception Manager) who is the 4 H's.......Honest, Humble, Helpful and Hard Working.

Our hand basin was blocked coed the entire time. Bed was like sleeping on the floor. Room was clean a staff friendly. Breakfast had lots of options. More for young people that are travelling around.

Nice hotel in a Central Location...walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping, banks, pharmacies. Hotel's employees are all nice BUT few need to be mentioned as they are nice, polite, hard working and these 4 are: David the Manager, Ratna the Breakfast Supervisor, Gede Restujaya from the Reception and Dewa from the Restaurant/Cafe. Hotel has 2 Atm's next to the Security, Starbucks and a Money Changer in the Lobby..

Great pools

Check in is not until 3pm but they let you use the pool/facilities while you wait. Staff are very friendly and want to make your stay as great as possible. Great value for the price. Pools are beautiful and not busy.
