Nous avons loué une chambre standard à proximité de l’aéroport sans grande prétention, mais entre une climatisation super bruyante, une odeur d’égout, des draps sale et des toilettes qui ne fonctionnent pas, ça ne vaut même pas le prix aussi petit soit il ! De plus aucune information concernant le petit déjeuner qui était censé être compris, mais en voyant l’état général de l’hôtel à la limite c’est préférable. Ah oui j’oubliais le réveil à 6h par des gens particulièrement louche dans l’hôtel , welcome to Kuta

必要以上に求めてはいけないホテルです。例えばカップルとか潔癖な方など、リピーターの自分には十分すぎるほどの環境でした。今回は３回ホテルチェンジをしてここに決定。残り１０日ほど過ごしました。ボトルウォーター無料は嘘です。評価も自分的には最高をつけても良いのですが・・・バックパッカーやうるさいjawa人が１~２泊してはいなくなる感じです。

Quick checkin and bottle of water included. Did receive a room upgrade to a deluxe free on arrival. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was kept clean and tidy each day and same for the pool and gardens. Would definitely stay there again.

Les chambres standard donnent sur le devant de l.hotel qui donne sur la rue et le bruit infernal des scooters. Pour la différence de prix modique préférez les chambres deluxe sur le jardin et la piscine. Les draps sentaient le propre mais leur aspect laissaient à désirer. Rien a redire sur la propreté de la salle de bain. La gentillesse et la serviabilité des gens de l’hotel sont un plus. Hôtel bien situé et à proximité immédiate de l’aeroport. Très utile pour passer une nuit de transit

利便性の良い立地にあるが、ホテル自体に満足できなかった。 シャワーの水圧が弱い。エアコンの効きが悪い。ハンガー・ゴミ箱の設置なし。 スタッフに送迎代をぼったくれられ、車のチャーターをしたのに、当日になり自分は行けないので友達を呼んだと約束の10分前に言われ、その友達は40分遅れたくせに支払い料金を上げろと要求するありさま。 レンタルバイク・車のチャーター料金にレシートさえ発行されないです。

We booked the hotel for the afternoon as we had a midnight flight home. The room was cheap, dirty and disgusting. The bed covers had more stains than I have ever seen before. The hotel staff speak little to no English. The pool was ok but not very clean. The walk down the alley was a little unnerving. Kuta is feral compared to other beautiful places in Bali. I would never use this hotel again even for the afternoon.

お値段から考えるとお得感

空港とモールに近いので選びました。リポモールに大きな食料品スーパー(今回残念ながら改装中でした。)が入っていて便利です。ホテルは年数が経っているようで傷んでいる部分もそれなりにあります。宿泊客は小さな子供連れ家族が多く、ステキなプールがあるのですが、プールサイドで優雅なひと時をと思っていると的外れかも知れません。朝食をテラスまで運んでくれますし料金から考えると贅沢な気分に浸れました。

Dissapointed with the general condition and cleanliness of the room and facilities, broken loose tiles over the bottom of the pool waiting for someone to hurt . Wi-Fi was almost unusable. Bed had not been changed since last customer had slept in it. The hotel location was in a very dirty and run down area.

Hotel staff were friendly enough. No drinking water provided. No fridge in my room, no door handles, the shower was hand held and kept switching from bath to shower. Mosquitoes in the room because of the open bathroom window with inadequate mesh covering. Only 3 lounges for the whole hotel and appeared that you had to use a bath towel around the pool. Breakfast was included but no information was provided by staff as to what times it was available, where breakfast could be obtained and what was provided Wi-Fi was excellent!

When we stayed the first time I pulled back the sheets and found them dirty and human hair all over them. I ended up having to change the sheets ourselves. The manager could not do enough after that. On our second stay the room was very clean and staff were very clean. I realize we are in a foreign county but language is very frustrating especially when there is a problem. I also noticed there were large Beatles running around in the room. I know they were not bed bugs which I have experienced and it is not fun.

This hotel is up a dark alley, has stained bed linen, broken bathrooms, missing door handles, 3 pool lounges for the whole hotel, is noisy at night & service is pretty awful. We left after one night!
