The property is in a excellent location, excellent. For the price that we pay 13 USD we can’t expect luxury, so it was good, but for people that are looking for a nice experience in Bali including nice place to stay, this is not your place. The staffs were amazing friendly

今回家族4人で8泊しました。 ファミリールーム使用。 (子は13歳8歳) ベットなどはキレイでしたが、シャワールームは髪の毛が残っていたり、湯垢がガラスや鏡についていたり、前の宿泊者の忘れ物(Tシャツ)がありました。 シャワーはその日によって温度がまちまち(笑) 水圧も弱くて少し大変でした。 娘と私はドライヤーが必要でしたが、最後数日は他に貸したドライヤーが戻って来ないから貸し出せない…など(笑) 一つを使い回す感じで少し不便でした。 スタッフさんは英語が分からない方もいるようでしたが、皆さん優しくて対応も良かったです。 クタの街中にあるので凄く便利な立地。 人通りが多い為夜遅くまで賑やかでしたが、こちらも1日中観光していたので、それも気にならないくらいぐっすり眠れました。(ベッドは快適) 子どもたちはプールでほぼ毎日泳いでいて、それをスタッフさんたちはフロントから優しく見守っている感じ♪ 12時チェックアウトですが、13時くらいまで大丈夫なようで、ゆるいくらいが丁度良くゆっくりできました！

ホテル全体が経年劣化が目立つ箇所がありました。部屋はデラックスで申し込んだので室内は広いが値段相応って感じ。 ホテルを出れば、徒歩５分以内にマタハリやセントロ等が有り、買い物には便利。周辺には少し高めのレストランやワルンが多数あるので、食事には困らない。 朝食はビッフェタイプだけど毎日同じでした。 寝るだけなら充分だけど、ホテル全般に陽があたらないのがね

Disappointing

Excellent location, right in the middle of Kuta. Close to beach, shops, restaurants. I was disappointed by my room though. The air conditioner didn't work very well so I couldn't cool down as I had wanted to as I waited for my night flight. And the hot water in the shower wasn't hot. My fridge was also leaking when I got inside my room. The staff were apologetic and quick to clean it up but it wasn't a very good welcome to my stay. Also, the water jug provided with two glasses was basically empty. I'm glad I was only staying there for a couple of hours because I would have been quite disappointed if I had been spending the night there.

家族４人で宿泊。子供は二段ベッドの狭い部屋でしたから、荷物置き場にしました。ダブルの 部屋も風通しの悪い部屋でしたので、ツインの部屋気持ちよくにチェンジしてもらえました。バリに慣れってる人なら〇でしょう！！ドメスティック向けかな？

As this is a cheaper hotel, I can't complain about the price. However, the pool area and building are in poor condition. the beds were clean, but the hotel photos are very misleading about the bathroom conditions. On the pictures, there are upgraded bathroom photos when in fact the bathrooms are not on the second floor. The staff was lovely but our room had dead cockroaches in it and was not cleaned the next day just swept to a corner, the fridge was full of water? the standard room is so small there is no way they should let 2 people sleep there in that room. The breakfast was very basic, omlette with no vegs just egg. So I suppose this is what you get for a budget hotel.

Good location&service but hotel is little bit old.

I feel little bit scared as the inside lock was broken and my room is at the last room on the 2nd floor. And almost no one in that floor, light in bathroom is broken. But location is excellent, convenient to find food, massage shop and so easy to go airport (I stay over night before I back). Warm welcome from staffs.

Stay away

Worst hotel ever. So very disappointed in Expedia of even offering this place. Booked a twin share room, to be told we at age 60 had to sleep in bunk beds. When we asked for two single beds they could not accomodate us and then we were charged an far too high fee to rent another room. The pool has tiles missing and the roof overhangs the pool and every time it rain all the crap on the roof goes straight in the pool. The rooms are tiny and very outdated, I couldn't get into my bathroom for the first five days as the door was stuck. The aircon leaks all the time and sitting at 18 degrees still felt like 30. There was mould all over the ceiling in my room. The toilet seat was falling off and at one stage I fell of the toilet. The staff try so hard to make it nice, but short of a bulldozer there is not much they can do. Several staff members told me I was way overcharged and they were sorry, but Ma management make the decisions.. Will never go here again and most other guests were saying the same. The breakfast was minimal and at one stage cockroaches were observed by many coming out of the bread pile. The cups were so stained I went and bought my own cup. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff, management is hopeless. Pickup and drop off was offered, but never happened, even after paying for it. Worst place to stay ever. Oh and the over size bugs while as big as rats are in fact cockroaches..

close to airport

Upon being greeted and asked for more money re my booking I was taken to my rooum for three. Room contained two single beds. Tired from travel just pushed the beds together and asked for another pillow and towel. Noisey area pool looks great but I would not throw my x wife in it as it was so dirty.
