場所が大通りから100m離れています．しかし，Waterbomまで歩いて5分，ショッピングセンターまでは電動カートで送迎してもらえるので，全く問題ないと思います．朝食はメニューから選ぶのですが，種類も多く，量もかなり多めで，美味しかったです．

位置不在大街，但前往隣近購物點只需2分鐘。環境舒適整潔，房間寬敞。早餐豐富，非一般自助早餐可比擬。又提供簡單 afternoon tea, 逛完街或游完水，飲杯歇一歇很好。 酒店職員服務勤。雖然晚上多蚊，但有提供驅蚊器。 如果花灑除了 head shower 亦提供 hand shower 會更加好。

Amnaya Oasis

The hotel is up a side street about 100m from the main road through Kuta. This side road is perfectly safe day or night so don’t let this put you off. When we arrived at the hotel we where greeted by smiling staff & these smiles continued for the 8 days we were there. Check in was quick & smooth & we were taken to our room within 15 minutes of arrival.The room was spacious, very clean & modern. We had a very comfortable king size bed, large shower with a rain fall head, 42” tv & the usual amenities. There is also a balcony with a small table & 2 chairs. The one small criticism was that there are not enough electrical sockets, for hair dryers, tongs, straighteners, phone charging, etc. Two more would be ideal. The wi-fi was very strong whether in the room or in the public areas. The a/c in the room is also very good & is set at 24, is on 24/7 & is unobtrusive at night. The breakfasts in the hotel were excellent, they are a la carte so made to order. You can have fresh fruit with yoghurt, cereal, toast, then eggs anyway you want them. Fruit juices & excellent coffee or tea. We ate in the hotel twice in the evening & the Indonesian food was very good. I had beef rendang & Nasi Goreng & they were spot on. There are plenty of eateries on Kuta’s main streets where you are spoilt for choice. There’s an excellent Warung 50m from the hotel, where we ate a few times , called Shinta & it’s worth a visit . I recommend the Amnaya hotel.

Awesome experience

This hotel/resort is beautiful. The staff are friendly and personable and willing to offer assistance no matter the need. The breakfast was incredible as was the afternoon tea, both provided with our reservation. I will recommend this spot to friends who will be travelling to Bali in March. That said, I will warn them that Kuta beach was disappointingly dirty.

四回目の宿泊でしたが

アラヤからアムナヤに変更になっていましたが、相変わらず素敵でした。ただ、本当に残念な事にガーデンサイドの部屋はプールビューに比べて幸せ度が半減します。せっかくバリ島に来たのにがっかりしてしまいました。出来た当初から気に行って今回四度目でしたが、初めてガーデンサイドに宿泊で（部屋が空いていなかったのでしょうか）今までプールビューでしたが、こんなにも違うんだ！！とかなり衝撃を受けました。なので絶対私のお勧めはプールビューです。それからアムナヤになって良かった点が多数ありました。　ちょっとの距離だけどディスカバリーまでカートで無料で送ってくれるようになりました。それとアフタヌーンティーサービス！朝食も美味しくなって宿泊代に入っていて良かったです！後はスタッフも良いし、お買い物も近いし、コンビニも近いし（両替も安全に出来てレートも良い）エステも良いし、プールは小さいけど静かだし、女性が一人で来てもとっても気分が良いですよ！ ウオーターボムの裏だからうるさい？って感じるかも知れないけど、お昼だけだし、私は楽しそうな声も結構心地よかったです。

Exceptional in every way

I travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of hotels. This one is a stand out and exceptional value for money. The location is great. In the heart of Kuta but a one minute walk off the main strip so it’s quiet. The room is spacious and outstanding. The service of the hotel staff couldn’t be faulted. I tried to tip one and he refused to accept. The included breakfast is the best I have ever seen in decades of travel. Overall, fabulous. Couldn’t be better. If I return to Bali it’ll be hard to consider elsewhere, particularly given the price. Five star visit for 2.5 star price. My thanks to the hotel.

One of the best spa experience...

I love the style and the open space offered by this hotel. We had a great deal with discounted rate, and would not book for a full price otherwise. The staff were friendly and helpful, but a bit slow at times (e.g. at the reception and restaurant). The best part of this hotel was the spa. It was rather pricy but worth it. Great massage, great room and genuinely kind staff. This spa alone gives a good reason to come back...

Amnaya hotel a pleasant and value experience

We enjoyed our stay here and actually extended our stay by two nights .three days, very friendly and accommodating staff. Amazing a la cart breakfast daily w juices, coffee. Bread basket etc, The only draw back is access to the hotel, which is not on main strip and not easily spotted, they just started a private beach at German beach w free shuttle to and back. They also offer on demand shuttle to Discovery mall on the main street. The pool is well maintained, there is a library w computer and internet access. Highlite is the breakfast which is rather well done w amazing variety. One of the only barista that truly knows how to make espresso coffee and delivered hot. A pleasant experience

Overall was excellent. My 2 years old boy love the buggy service ! Staff was friendly.The Junior Suite room and bed was spacious, clean and the big bath tub is great for my boy to have fun everyday ! The only thing I was not very happy was the breakfast, I booked the room with breakfast but is only for 2 people and nothing for my little boy ! i cant order his breakfast as they said we need to pay extra as the breakfast only for 2 ! it has turned me down and ruined my mood. My husband was not very happy already. I have to sacrific my breakfast choice and picked the food that my boy can eat.Then i ask if kid eat free , they said no.As we came for holiday , we would expect that we wake up with a fruitful breakfast like buffet style breakfast and my kid will enjoy and happy too but is not the case. However,I dont mind the breakfast was ala carte menu. I hope this can be improved that kid can eat free.

Hidden luxury

Visit Bali 2 or more times a year and this hotel is a standout amongst the rest. Excellent value for money and unable to fault. Staff exceptionally professional and genuine friendliness, caring and attention to detail raises the bar well above others. Well designed and modern bali style rooms are large with soaking tub and premium bedding. Afternoon tea is complimentry with the Amnaya Rooms and each traditional balinese dessert sample was amazing. Barista coffee included! Breakfast is virtual fine dining! The Bhava Spa is exceptional in service and treatments, incredibly well priced and guaranteed to take you to another place in time. I cannot fault this beautiful hidden sanctuary and will definately be returning to be pampered once again.

Bello ma con un paio di inconvenienti

L’albergo si trova in un’ottima posizione a due passi dalla via principale. La camera è pulita e fornita di tutti i comfort. Superlativa invece è la colazione, forse la migliore che ho fatoo in Indonesia. Un paio di note di demerito, al check in che è durato più di 30 minuti e mi è stata data una camera con due letti singoli, tra l’altro comunicante con una altra stanza occupata da ospiti molto rumorosi. Nel complesso il giudizio è comunque positivo.

Nice locations and worthy.

Hotel is hidden behind an alley which is good because it’s less noisy. It’s a short walk of 7 mins to discovery mall and waterbom. Many restaurants and cafe nearby. Hotel is very good by providing buggy service to main road at anytime you want. The breakfast set was good and big. The room is nice and big king size bed which was good for my family of 3. Shower room has only one shower head at the top. It’s difficult for long and thick hair wash, and when you shower your kids, you get wet too. However, the check in process was long. I have to wait 30 mins at the lobby. It was not crowded. The staffs were simply slow. My luggages did not come to my room. After half an hour, I went to the lobby to check and saw my luggage were still there without being attended. It was just two small pieces. I took it up myself and no one verify it. They do repair and maintenance at 5-7pm for both lifts. I have to walk 6 floors up and down with my young kid. I have no idea why they chose that time and both at the same time. Smile, greets are common at all hotels in Bali. Not just at this hotel.

Amnaya Resort Kuta, close to beach.

I booked the hotel through expedia. The hotel is in a fairly good facilities and condition with a reasonable price, the staff are polite and services are hospitality. The breakfast is very good.

Great hotel with friendly staff.

Smooth checking in and checking out. The front office staff by the name of Hendra was very accomodating and able to assist us with our queries. All the staff were extremely friendly and made our stay a pleasant one. My family and i will definitely comeback and would we would certainly recommend others to this amazing hotel.
