"Great hotel. I may continue to use them in the future if they are available in my travel destination locales. Basic amenities are always available at the ground floor. Staff was friendly. Onsen was practical, but most importantly, it has an outdoor ONSEN. I only wonder if the women's ONSEN is designed differently, as they don't switch the onsen's on different days. If I did have a single complaint, it would be that they only provide (1) pillow per bed, and that the design of the pillow may not...

"Excellent staff. Bathroom is well appointed. Absence of microwave in room made it less convenient but there is a communal microwave. Free onsite laundry a major plus (pay only for drying). Did not have a chance to visit in-hotel onsen but they offer tattoo patches. Very conveniently located next to a Family Mart. under 1 km from Takasaki Station."
