Good area, close to ginza and convenient stores nearby and walking distance.. about 5-7 minute walk to train stations. The only con were the beds and futons which were very uncomfortable and seemed outdated. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

A fabulous location close to multiple train stations and places to eat. The room was large and provided heaps of space for a family of 3 and 3 large suitcases. I asked for a room away from the train line. You can still hear the trains but it’s ok. I really loved everything about this hotel, the location, restaurants and it was super clean and a washer/dryer is a bonus when travelling. Will definitely stay here again when in Tokyo.

"Great hotel and staff. Location was fine. Only reason for the low review is the instructions/policies stated for the guest bath include provisions for small tattoos so long as they are covered by the property-provided cover-up sticker. When we arrived, the policy was 'guests with tattoo's are not ..."
