"The hotel is exactly above the Sheibu-Shinjuku station. Yes, exactly above it. The room is small even with twin beds, but it's very clean and the beds are comfortable. Every staff member is very professional and kind. The big AND small Don Quijote are within 3 mins walking distance away. 7/11 and Family Mart are all over the place. When you asked for something, it is delivered quickly. We will definitely come back to this hotel when Shinjuku is calling again. "

"Location for return to Narita airport is perfect, 2 minutes walk from limousine bus station. But way too crowded area to stay, also it is a 10 minutes walk from subway station. Elevator up 8 floor to reception made the first day arrival a bit challenging. I will choice other area next time."
