"Everything was great from the moment we ariived until the day before our checkout. The day before our checkout I spoke to your desk staff and they said of course sir we can provide take away breakfast at 04:30 on checkout day. On checkout day at 04:40 I ask for my take away breakfast and was told sorry sir there is no record of your breakfast request. At which point I left. Very sad."

"Greeted by a wonderful staff, we enjoyed our stay immensely at the Kuala Lumpur Hilton. The pool area is very clean and inviting the breakfast is a top 10 so many selections you’ll never get to them all very helpful Staff when we had some questions highly recommend and we will certainly visit again. "

"Everything was great the room was clean the staff were awesome. I used grab for my ride which was very convenient I don’t think they had an airport shuttle. My only issue is the tv did not have really good channels compared to the other hotels I stayed at and I had a hard time adjusting the a/c temperature "

"Superb hotel, amazing welcome from the moment you step out of the taxi. Beautiful suite, lovely bed and excellent quality bed linen. Great food in the restaurant, try the afternoon tea a very British feel to the service. Can’t fault this hotel, well apart from the lukewarm tea at breakfast."
