Our recpedition is not manned 24 hours a day but if you need anything you can always call or write to us - we are happy to help, provide dishwasher tablets or a fresh towel. We are sorry if you have been misled about the air conditioning. The Superior One Bedroom Apartment does not have air conditioning. Only Deluxe Apartment are equipped with AC. Thank you also for your critical comments. Regarding the hardness of the mattresses, this is a very individual issue, we realise that it will not be ok for everyone. However, regarding cleaning, we would like to clarify that we are not a typical hotel and do not provide a daily cleaning service. Cleaning is provided for longer stays or at the guest's request.
