"My husband and I recently stayed at this motel and had a wonderful experience. The room was very neat and clean, and the location was extremely convenient, making our stay easy and comfortable. "Easily 30 mins of mountain road on the drive up but friendly drivers who didn't tailgate made the drive up bearable. Room was old and without tv but spotlessly clean. Lots of free activities, restaurant has the most amazing food despite the location and a slightly higher than normal price. Definitely eat at the restaurant for dinner but watch out for their friendly parrots who would sit with you and eat your food. We booked a 2d1n and should have stayed at least a day more. Don't miss the alpaca place at the bottom of the mountain, near the OReilly's winery. $3 to get up close and feed alpacas but a lovely experience. Manager's greeting is free with a glass of champagne and a nice talk about the history of the place. Staff were all friendly, loved the animal encounter show, got up close with sugar gliders. Overall a lovely good time. Would revisit!"

"The property was perfect for our large family group. Plenty of space to relax and play. The separate sleeping wings of the house were especially suited to our needs. The pool and outdoor seating area were fabulous. The kitchen and BBQ area were set out well and easy to use. Communication with the host and contact once we arrived was friendly and full of information. We will definitely be going back for another stay. "
