"The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The house keeping staff would organize my electronic cables and tie them with a gold ribbon. When I had questions and went to the lobby, I was always greeted quickly by an English speaking staff member. The breakfast buffet served a variety of foods which were freshly prepared. They deserved their five star rating."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay in Tokyo We had a wonderful stay at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, making our experience stress-free from start to finish. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from Shinagawa Station, with easy access to the train, bullet train (Shinkansen), and subway, making it very convenient for exploring Tokyo and beyond. Breakfast was included and offered an impressive variety of options, from traditional Japanese dishes to American favorites, ensuring there was something for everyone. One of the highlights of our stay was our room’s stunning view of Mount Fuji, which made the experience even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back on our next visit to Tokyo."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Groove Shinjuku. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and stylish, with an unbeatable location right in the middle of all the action in Shinjuku. Despite being surrounded by the energy of the city, the hotel itself is remarkably quiet and peaceful. The staff were consistently courteous, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and slippers. We booked the 400-square-foot triple room, which was spacious by Tokyo standards and offered an awesome view of the city. Having a Starbucks immediately downstairs was an added convenience for our morning coffee and quick snacks. Overall, Hotel Groove Shinjuku was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and modern luxury. We would definitely stay here again."

"I had a fantastic stay at APA Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Shinjuku, with everything you need on your doorstep. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo."

"Staff was incredible and the breakfast buffet was very good and diverse. Good location, but it is a little far from shinjuku station if you are walking. We took the train from the airport and walked with our luggage from shinjuku station. Worth getting a cab from that station, because its nearly a mile walk. Otherwise, there is a lot of restaurants and shops very close to the hotel and plenty to do right near the hotel"
