"This property is alright, if you are on a short stay. If you are staying for 3 or more days, I do not suggest as this is an unmanned property. I only got to know after booking was confirmed! There was no indication when I was booking! This is not friendly at all. Additionally, there were many small flies from my 2nd day onwards. I tried messaging property but response was slow. Had to get my local contact call them before they reacted. On top of that, when housekeeping was sent, a sloppy job...

"Kevin was an amazing host, the communication prior to our arrival and during our stay was great! He provided so much information about the local town, the trains and the house itself. Very convenient for traveling just about anywhere in Tokyo, and the town itself had lots of grocery options, restaurants and bars, everything we needed. All around a great location and trip to Tokyo! "A great location and house-we loved the shops and restaurants near the house as well as being close to the train and subway lines. If you want a quiet, local feel house, this is the place. We went in and out of downtown Tokyo but always had a nice quiet place to come home to! Definitely a place to come back to. "

"It was a great place to stay. Across the street from a temple and large cemetery. Sweet residential neighborhood but close to lots of restaurants and a major shopping street. Easy walk to the train station. But we took a cab in and out with our luggage. So nice to have more space than a 120 sq ft hotel room for a similar price. The host was very responsive to questions."

"We stayed for a week. It was exactly as described with plenty of amenities and supplies. Great communication with the property manager prior to and during our stay. The space was great for our family of 4 (children age 1 years-old and 4 years-old) and 2 grandparents to be able to spread out in. Much better than living on top of each other in a hotel.
