"This property worked well with our family group of 10. We had 5 adults; 4 teens and 1 10-year-old. 3 bedrooms for the adults; the media room with flexible futons for the teen girls; and another room with futons for the 2 guys (1 teen and 1 10-yr-old). We set up a folding table in the open kitchen for more dining space. The 3 bathrooms were great with plenty of towels for daily showers and plenty of hot water! "We came in for a concert at the Ruoff center and were so glad to have found this fabulous house. It is an easy and safe walk to and from the venue. The back deck is great and the 4 bedrooms are comfortable and perfect for a group. We had 2 moms with teens for a concert and it was exactly what we needed. Wish we could have spent more time in the house but it was a quick trip for us."
