Surrounded by lush evergreen trees in the front and side of property, with seasonal trees and foliage in the backyard during the spring and summer months, this picturesque home is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and Twin Lakes tourism. Fish off the private dock, lounge by the lake or shove off at the nearby boat launch. Simply enjoy the overall scenery whichever time of the year you choose to visit. It will be a relaxing experience where you may enjoy the outdoors by the water, on the balcony or in the patio and garden areas.

Inside the home, you will find a cozy open layout allowing for easy flow between the living and dining/kitchen areas, which makes it perfect for spending time with loved ones.

The house features upper and lower levels with multiple rooms, ideal for families or groups of friends. It contains all your basic necessities to start you off. Overall, it is an ideal get-away location that encourages relaxation yet it is close to a variety of local shopping and attractions for when you desire to be more active.

NOTE: Daily rate is for up to (8) guests; however (12) may be accommodated comfortably. $15 per day shall apply for each additional person beyond (8). Pet fee is $35 per visit.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off the thermostat. Return any moved furniture to original location.
"Cleaning fee" is for general housekeeping between guests, i.e., sanitize surfaces, wash linens, restock, etc. You are expected to be mindful of this & to clean-up after yourself as would in own home.

$15 per person each day WILL BE charged for more than 8 guests; Registered guest MUST be present during rental period and show photo ID upon request.

Great family stay

We had a great stay with 6 adults and 2 children. Plenty of places to sleep comfortably and close to Indiana Beach. Home and amenities were as described, would definitely stay again.

Great Vacation Stay

Great house for our trip to Monticello. Near to Indiana Beach and restaurants. Nice to be on the water for the view, fishing, and boating. Pleanty of room to relax.

We loved the house! The location was beautiful. Plenty of room and very clean! The only bad thing was the awful stairs down to the water and falling tree limbs (someone could have been seriously injured)

Great Home on the River

The house is very cozy and has a great old fashioned vibe but with a lot of modern amenities. The home looked as it does on the site and everyone was comfortable. Would definitely look to utilize the property again if we come back to the area!

What a wonderful time we had celebrating our daughter’s graduation from Purdue, the location was perfect and it was an opportunity to tour the area while we’re there. Wonderful river house very flexible for our needs.

Great River Getaway

Great waterfront property! Layout was ideal for two families with young children. Kitchen and patio were well appointed, plus 3 mins to grocery store. Communication with the host was prompt and thorough. Recommend!
