"I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff are so respectful and courteous! I received a final bow as the elevator closed on my way out from checkout. I got a lil teary-eyed. This place is amazing and so convenient to everything…shops, grocery store connected to the building, delicious bakery around the corner, awesome restaurants nearby. Rooms are so nice with super clean and modern accommodations! Yes!!! I will stay here again!"

"This was possibly THE BEST hotel experience we have ever had. I visoted with my Dad and we decided just to have one night in Kobe. Because of this hotel, we wished it was more. The lady at the reception desk was lovely and even though she wasn't able to speak English fluently, she was extremely patient, kind and explained as much as she could using her translation device. The hotel and the room smelled amazing and looked beautiful, we had complementary drinks in the foyer, breakfast was included for us and was brought to the room. It was just stunning, we have never had such a beautiful room. The room had everything we could have needed and more and it was less than a 10 min walk to the train station. We walked to the hotel at 11:30pm and didn't feel in danger at all. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience"
