They were so accommodating when we asked for a more quiet room since there were events going on and we were jetlagged, exhausted, and struggled with the noise. "We love the resort and the area! This is the 2nd time staying there but our first through VRBO. The only concern was that it was implied that getting a room with an ocean view was on a “first come first serve” basis. When we received the final confirmation however we had been assigned to a Mountain View room.However, our daughter went to the property early on the day we were arriving and talked to the front desk. They very kindly searched and found us an upgraded room with a very nice partial ocean view room. I’m not sure that would happened without her intervention.All in all we had a great time!"

The gem is nestled in Ko Olina, Oahu on a big property filled with pools, hot tubs; plus beach and lagoon access. This beautiful place is stylishly designed and thoghtfully family friendly. I cannot speak enough about the staff and their attentive attention to details our ENTIRE trip. My mother has ADA needs and all provisions that could be made, were extended. "The resort is very well maintained, has a great protected beach area and good amenities. The unit is spacious, comfortable and stocked with everything you need. "

"My whole family enjoyed this resort. The staff was so friendly and made us feel like family. Special shout out to MarilouA at longboards for taking the extra time and getting to know us (really made us feel like family). That set the bar for our trip and we will miss her dearly. Also, Erin was our favorite bartender (longboards), but we also loved Jammy (longboard), and LahelaK (naia bartender). Ka’iwi was also very helpful at the concierge desk and helped us book the best luau experience on the island. And thank you to Satomi for the checkout and friendly end to our trip. "
