"Overall, the stay was nice. There are some items in the villa needs updates. New towels would be an upgrade. The safe was not functional, unfortunately. The area is safe, but due to insurance for certain items, a safe is required. I thought check-in would be a breeze since I had been communicating with host. But, when I arrived and provided details Of my fully paid rental, I was informed my reservation was not in the system. The check-in individuals, looked at me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, which caused confusion and alarm. However, I had all my printed documents of fully paid rental. Wish experience was better, especially since it’s considered “luxury” stay. Not sure where the lack of communication was since booked through Expedia. This was my third stay at the beach villas, and only time I have had this scenario."

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The unit was fantastic and had a wonderful view of the pool and ocean. The space was very well cared for and had all the amenities we needed, plus more. The pool and lagoon are incredible. Everything was within walking distance. A market, restaurants, etc. My ONLY complaint is that we couldn't enter the premises until after check in. That was such a disappointment because our flight arrived at 9:40 am. We weren't allowed to enjoy the pool area until we got the "key-fob" which I thought was so petty. It would have been nice to relax by the pool, get a bit to eat, or grab a cocktail while waiting for our room. Something to consider for future guests. It really put a damper on our trip the very first day."

"What a fantastic stay in Ko Olina - this was our first visit to Hawaii and this was the perfect place for us and our two children. We never tired of the view and being so close to such a fabulous beach. The team on Reception and Shane we're brilliant with anything we needed. We'd totally recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it."

"Unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen ware. Unit comes with only a compact parking space and had to pay 25 for a standard space to fit my car in , which is trivial but seems a bit ridiculous.No cleaning products other than dishwasher and Dawn and laundry detergent were available in unit, bought some cleaners for our stay."
